About this site
This site presents the mentalism and illusion work of Roman Royss and invites enquiries about performances in Toronto and beyond. Using the site means you accept the terms on this page.
Enquiries are not bookings
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a date. A booking exists only once a written agreement has been signed and any deposit named in it has been received. Fees, travel, timing, technical requirements, cancellation terms and the payment schedule are all set by that agreement, not by this site.
What the show is
The performance is entertainment. The effects are achieved with psychological technique, misdirection, showmanship and rehearsed method. No claim is made to supernatural or psychic ability, and nothing in the show should be treated as advice of any kind.
Accuracy
Figures such as years of experience and show counts are given in good faith and rounded. Reviews are published as they were given. Client marks shown on this site belong to their owners and appear only to indicate past engagements; they do not imply any endorsement, sponsorship or continuing relationship.
Content on this site
The text, photography, film, layout and code of this site belong to Roman Royss or are used with permission. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or adapt its material for commercial use without written permission.

This site links to romanroyss.com, Google Maps and social platforms. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.
Availability and liability
The site is provided as it is. It may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. To the extent Ontario law allows, Roman Royss is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it. Disputes fall to the courts of Ontario.
