Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is collected when you visit the Roman Royss Live magic show page, why it is collected and what is done with it. It is written with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) in mind.
Who is responsible
Roman Royss, a performer operating in Toronto, Ontario (Roman Royss Entertainment), is responsible for the information described here. Questions about this policy can be sent to magic@romanroyss.com.
What is collected
This page does not host its own enquiry form. Booking enquiries are made through the form on romanroyss.com, by email, or by phone. When you make an enquiry you may provide your name, email address, phone number, company name, and details of your event such as its date, venue and guest count.
Tickets are sold by Eventbrite
This page has no ticket checkout and no enquiry form. When you press a ticket button you leave this site and the purchase is completed on Eventbrite, which collects your name, contact and payment details under its own privacy policy and may use its own cookies and tracking. This site never receives your payment details.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
With your permission, this page uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (Google LLC) and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.). They set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser to count visits, see which pages and buttons are used, including clicks on ticket buttons, and measure whether advertising on Facebook and Instagram leads to ticket purchases. They record technical information such as your device, browser, approximate location and the pages you view, not your name or contact details. Google and Meta process this information under their own privacy policies and may do so outside Canada, including in the United States.
These tools load only after you press Accept in the notice on the page. If you press Decline, they are not loaded. You can change your choice at any time with Privacy choices. You can also block cookies in your browser and control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Google accounts.
Your browser also stores a theme choice (light or dark) and your cookie choice on your own device. These values are not sent to us.
Why it is used
Information you send is used only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange and perform the booking, and keep the records required for accounting and tax purposes. It is not sold or rented.
Visit and click data is used to understand how the page is used, to improve it and to measure advertising for the show. It is not sold. Aggregated visit data may be used to show Roman Royss advertising to people who have visited this page.
Who it is shared with
Analytics and advertising data is processed by Google and Meta as described above. Information is otherwise shared only where the law requires it. Hosting and email providers process information on our behalf as service providers.
How long it is kept
Analytics data is kept only for as long as it is useful for the purposes above and then deleted or made anonymous. Emails you send to us are kept for as long as needed to answer them and any resulting booking. Records connected to a completed booking are kept for the period required by Canadian tax law, then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to magic@romanroyss.com. A reply will be sent within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with that response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Security
Enquiry correspondence is held in access-controlled accounts and this site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Children
This page is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page with a new date at the top.
